BOX HAPPY GREEN STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
§ 1 PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS
1. The online store boxhappygreen.pl is operated by Karolina Kuczak
registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity
maintained by the Minister of Economy, NIP (Tax Identification Number)
2. These terms and conditions constitute the rules for concluding distance sales agreements for
through the Store.
§2 DEFINITIONS
1. Consumer – A User who is a natural person conducting a legal transaction with the Entrepreneur within the store

3. User – any entity making purchases through the Store.
4. Store – online store operated by the Entrepreneur at https://boxhappygreen.pl/
§ 3 CONTACT

provided in this paragraph.
§ 4 PRELIMINARY INFORMATION
1. The prices listed in the Store are given in Polish zloty and are gross prices.
2. The final price of the order consists of the price for the goods and the delivery cost indicated on the Store's website.
3. I agree to receive an invoice by email to the email address provided in the order form
which invoice constitutes proof of purchase of the goods specified therein. I acknowledge
that an electronic invoice is the only that the electronic invoice is the only proof of purchase of the goods specified therein and
that on the basis of this invoice I have the right to exercise all rights under the provisions on warranty for defects or
legal matters, from the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act , including the right to withdraw from a contract
concluded outside the business premises.
§ 5 PERFORMANCE OF THE SALES AGREEMENT
1. The User shall pay the Entrepreneur for the purchased goods within 1 day.
2. The User may use, among others, the following forms of payment:
a. traditional bank transfer
b. transfer via Przelewy24.pl
c. Blik payment
3. Detailed information on accepted payment methods can be found on the Store's website.
4. The goods will be shipped by the Entrepreneur within the time specified in the Delivery and Payment tab,
in the manner chosen by the Consumer when placing the order.
5. Delivery of goods takes place exclusively within Poland.
§ 6 RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE AGREEMENT
1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason,
with the exception of training plans, which cannot be returned after purchase. By purchasing
this product, you accept this fact.
2. The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the date on which the Consumer came into
possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by
the Consumer came into possession of the goods.
3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Entrepreneur of
their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement – using
the Entrepreneur's details provided in these terms and conditions.
4. The Consumer may use the model withdrawal form, which will be sent by email
by the seller after prior contact.
5. In order to meet the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient for the Consumer to send information
regarding the exercise of their right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline for
withdrawal from the contract.
6. Effects of withdrawal from the contract:
a. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Entrepreneur shall reimburse the Consumer for the cost of the product(s) together
with the shipping costs. No later than 14 days from the date on which the Entrepreneur
was informed of the Consumer's decision to exercise their right to withdraw from the contract;
b. The Entrepreneur may withhold the refund until the goods are received or until
proof of return is provided, whichever
occurs first;
c. The consumer should return the goods to the contact address of the Entrepreneur provided in these
terms and conditions immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which
they informed the Entrepreneur about their withdrawal from the contract. The deadline will be met if
the Consumer sends the goods back before the expiry of the 14-day period;
d. The Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods;
e. The Consumer shall only be liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from their use
in a manner other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning
of the goods.
7. If, due to their nature, the items cannot be returned by regular mail,
information about this, as well as the costs of returning the items, will be included in the
description of the items in the Store.
§ 7 COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY
1. The entrepreneur is obliged to deliver goods free from defects.
2. In the event of a defect in goods purchased from the entrepreneur, the consumer has the right to
a complaint based on the warranty regulated by the provisions of the Civil Code.
3. Complaints should be submitted in writing or by e-mail to the addresses of the Entrepreneur provided in these
terms and conditions.
4. It is recommended that the complaint include, among other things, a concise description of the defect, the date it occurred, and the details of
of the consumer submitting the complaint, and the consumer's request in connection with the defect in the goods.
5. The entrepreneur shall respond to the consumer's complaint request within 14 days, and
if he fails to do so within this period, it shall be deemed that he has accepted the Consumer's request as justified.
6. Goods returned under the complaint procedure should be sent to the address specified in § 3
Terms and Conditions.
7. If a warranty has been granted for the product, information about it, as well as its content,
will be included in the product description in the Store.
§ 8 OUT-OF-COURT METHODS OF HANDLING COMPLAINTS AND PURSING CLAIMS
1. Consumers have the option of using, among other things:
a. mediation conducted by Provincial Trade Inspection Inspectorates.
b. assistance from permanent consumer arbitration courts operating at Provincial
Inspectorates of Trade Inspection
§ 9 PERSONAL DATA
1. When making purchases in the Store, the User voluntarily provides their data,
which is necessary to complete the order and possibly contact the customer.
They will be processed solely for this purpose by the entrepreneur, in a manner consistent with the law.
2. The user has the right to access their personal data, request
their correction, transfer, deletion or cessation of their processing.
3. The administrator of personal data is the Entrepreneur.
4. Users' personal data is not disclosed to third parties,
except for companies intermediating in payment transactions and suppliers,
for whom this data is necessary to process payments or deliver shipments.
5. The user's personal data is processed until the end of the provision of services
by electronic means or until the legal basis for its processing exists.
§ 10 FINAL PROVISIONS
1. In matters not covered by these regulations, the generally applicable
provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular: the Consumer Rights Act of
May 30, 2014, the Civil Code Act of April 23, 1964, and the Code of
Civil Procedure Act of November 17, 1964.
2. The sales agreement concluded on the basis of these terms and conditions applies to a specific order and
is concluded for the purpose of fulfilling a one-time order. Each order requires separate
acceptance of the terms and conditions.
